  • Vanilla Marshmallows and Pate de Fruit
  • Cassis and Mango Salted Caramel Creations
  • Raspberry Bon Bons and Hazelnut Praline
  • Coriander Praline and Pear & Basil Bon Bons
  • Caramel Truffles and Peanut Butter Fudge

Level 3:

  • Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Making Process
  • Tablets with Textured Finishes and Chocolate Panning Techniques
  • Sable with Caramel Bars and Cocoa Butter Textures
  • Exotic Caramel Varieties and Marshmallow Flavors
  • Marzipan Chocolates, Lemon & Earl Grey Infusions
