We are a distinguished Baking and Cooking School with a history of more than three years in the industry. Our central location in Andheri East, Mumbai, positions us at the heart of culinary excellence.

Our unwavering dedication is directed towards imparting the most authentic and comprehensive technical knowledge to our students. Our esteemed chefs boast over 15 years of experience, gleaned from renowned five-star hotels and upscale restaurants.

With a curriculum that encompasses Global Culinary techniques and French Patisserie, we continually strive to enhance our own skills and knowledge to offer the best education, training, and coaching to our students, faculty, and team members.

At CHO Bee Labs, we offer courses tailored to aspiring chefs and individuals with a passion for culinary and pastry arts. Our courses hold international recognition and are officially recognized by government authorities.

- Consulting Services: We also offer consultation services for entrepreneurs, including assistance with restaurant and cafe menu planning, as well as training and skill enhancement for chefs.
- Kitchen for Hire: We offer the opportunity to rent our fully equipped kitchen space for your culinary ventures and cooking needs.
- Space is available for Birthday parties, group activities and other events.

CHO Bee Labs has 4 technically fully equipped Kitchens.

At CHO Bee Labs, we have a spacious 2,800-square-foot kitchen facility in Mumbai, featuring four distinct areas: a Pastry Kitchen, a Culinary Kitchen, a Studio Kitchen, and a Training Room that can comfortably accommodate over 35 to 40 students, with 12 to 14 students in each classroom.

Our kitchens are furnished with state-of-the-art technical equipment, ensuring that each classroom is equipped with the necessary technology and tools for a wide range of pastry and culinary tasks. We've incorporated industrial-grade imported brands like Unox, KitchenAid, Piron - Explora, and SinMag into our kitchen facilities.

Designed with meticulous attention to safety measures and configured perfectly for educational purposes, our kitchen facilities are a true haven for any aspiring chef.

Founder’s Note - Ritu Mishra

The concept of CHO Bee Labs emerged from my realization of the limited opportunities available in India for individuals seeking professional-level training in Pastry and Culinary Arts. In Mumbai, there is an abundance of hobby cooking and baking classes, but for those who aspire to take their culinary skills to the next level, encompassing areas such as French patisserie, intricate plated arrangements, and restaurant-style preparation and presentation, the options are significantly scarce. Moreover, the few existing options tend to be either prohibitively expensive, lacking personalization to cater to individual needs and interests, or simply inaccessible.

CHO Bee Labs was conceived as my response to all of these constraints, aiming to provide a comprehensive solution to all the training needs in the field of pastry and culinary arts under one roof. We are deeply committed to your success as a chef, and we see our own success as intertwined with yours. Chef Ritu Mishra | Founder

Ritu Mishra is the founder of CHO Bee Labs Academy and a seasoned pastry chef with a professional Diploma in the Pastry Arts. With 15 years of diverse experience in entrepreneurship and bakery, Chef Ritu brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Certified by one of the country’s premier pastry and culinary schools, she excels in guiding aspiring pastry chefs of all levels and ages to refine their skills. Over the past few years, Chef Ritu has successfully conducted hands-on classes, online tutorials, and demo workshops, sharing her expertise and passion for pastry arts with students worldwide.

Chef Siddhant Jaiswal | Pastry chef

Chef Siddhant Jaiswal brings over 5 years of specialized experience in French pastries, including 2 years of international expertise gained in the United States of America. Certified by THSC, Chef Siddhant is a highly knowledgeable professional who has been recognized with the Best Performer Award for his exceptional skills. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor in Pastry at Cho Bee Labs, he is dedicated to sharing his extensive expertise and passion for the art of French pastry-making.

Chef Rithika Roy | Pastry Chef

Rithika Roy Choudhury, a skilled pastry chef with a double diploma in Pastry from a premier institute in India, brings a wealth of expertise in artisanal breads, French pastries, Viennoiseries, puff pastries, chocolates, and an array of cakes, including wedding and tea-time varieties. Her professional journey includes serving as head chef at a prestigious Italian bakery in Mumbai for 1.5 years, running her own successful home bakery for three years, and managing a cloud kitchen for two years, which expanded her culinary repertoire. Passionate about the art of pastry-making, Rithika is dedicated to teaching and inspiring students, using her extensive experience to help them cultivate their skills and creativity.

Chef Pradip Salve | Head Culinary Chef

Chef Pradip, a master culinary expert with over 15+ years of experience, has built an impressive career working with prestigious brands such as ITC Group, The Fern, and Hotel Ramada. Specializing in the hot kitchen, he has excelled as a head chef for various private brands, showcasing his expertise in traditional Indian, international, and fusion cuisines. His extensive experience and innovative approach make him a distinguished figure in the culinary world.

Sumistha Basu | Sr. Counsellor

Sumistha Basu, a Senior Counselor at Cho Bee Labs Academy, brings over 10 years of experience in the education sector. With a Counseling Diploma from Jadavpur University, she excels in tailoring guidance to students’ individual strengths and interests, fostering personalized growth. Sumistha is adept at building strong relationships with community organizations, providing empathetic support to students and their families, and resolving conflicts with effective communication and problem-solving skills. Her decade-long career reflects a deep commitment to creating a supportive environment that empowers students to achieve their full potential and make a meaningful impact on the community.

Zaid Khan | Head of Operations

With over 6+ years of diverse experience in culinary arts, operations, management, and academia, Zaid Khan is a seasoned professional dedicated to the science of food. An alumnus of IHM Mumbai, Zaid holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology, which complements his extensive practical knowledge. His career spans roles as a food consultant, where he applied his expertise to various projects, and as an assistant professor at multiple colleges affiliated with Mumbai University, where he has been instrumental in educating the next generation of culinary professionals and food technologists. Zaid’s deep passion for food science and his broad industry experience make him a distinguished figure in the field.

Passionate and detail-oriented, Kalpesh crafts visually stunning stories with a unique blend of creativity and technical skill. With years of experience in capturing captivating moments, he brings each project to life with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to excellence.

Shamim Sayed | Administrative

Organized and efficient, Shamim excels in managing complex schedules and streamlining office operations. With a proven track record in administrative support and a keen eye for detail, she ensures that everything runs smoothly, allowing the team to focus on what they do best.

  • Pastry Course is further divided in 16 modules. each module details are mentioned and you can do them as individual week course as well. So as Culinary Course is further divided in 12 modules. each module details are mentioned and you can do them as individual week course as well. It is from Monday to Friday morning 10am to Evening 4pm. It is Pastry Chef & Culinary Chef Course. Professional Hand-on Class, offline training is being provided. You make products and taste and take them home, by end of the class.
